Student Council
Student Council is a special group of elected students that work with the student body, faculty, and administration for the purpose of serving the school. The basic reason that Student Council exists is to promote spirit, leadership, responsibility, and service within our school.

Green Knight Program
The Saint Paschal Baylon Catholic Elementary School Green Knight Program was established to recognize students who show the qualities of a Saint Paschal Baylon Green Knight: Compassion, Courage, Civility, and Character centered around Christ. Faculty and staff nominate students quarterly for the Green Knight Program. Two students, one from the primary grades and another from the intermediate/junior high grades, are chosen and honored with the Green Knight Award. Each Green Knight has his/her name is added to the Green Knight plaque displayed in the school hallway.
Many other students are recognized by faculty and staff members throughout the year for qualities focusing on the Four C’s: Civility, Courage, Character, and Compassion-all centered in Christ, SPB staff members recognize students doing the right thing and reward them with a Noble Knight Ticket. Names of our Noble Knights are read during the Knights Broadcasting Network announcements, the tickets are sent home for parents are sent see what students are recognized for, and students are rewarded for receiving a ticket. At the end of each quarter, a special ”Knights of the Roundtable” breakfast is held for ticket winners at which prizes are raffled off.
Safety Patrol
“In any land, in any town, no finer patrol can be found!” – Mr. Martin
The Safety Patrol is a group of volunteer 7th and 8th graders who set up cones daily at 8 am for daily traffic patterns, recess and at 2:25 pm, set up a car-free zone using orange cones at the main entrance of the school/parish life center. Their job is to assist the faculty members on car-rider duty and help keep the students from running towards the parking lot. Each parent must exit their vehicle, walk to the car free zone and meet & walk their child(ren) back to their vehicle. The patrollers do not stop vehicles and should report any dangerous practices to the faculty member on duty. When given the OK, they clean up the cones, return the safety vests and are dismissed.
